Our Solution: Scanning

Regardless of the type of scanner your office uses, the scanning process is easy and convenient. When you’ve selected the patient whose document you are scanning, right-click and choose “Scan Documents For: Patient Last Name, First Name.” At this point, the scanning software is launched and you can select your settings (e.g. which scanner, what type of scan, single- or double-sided, etc.) and you’re ready to go. Click “Scan” and then “Done” when the scanning is finished and the chart is available to any workstation on the network. You can even scan insurance cards.
