This option generates a report listing all patients seen during a specified month. Patients are broken out by the type of exam:

• mammogram
• stereotactic breast biopsy
• biopsy
• ultrasound

Then, within each section of the report, the following data is provided:

• patient number
• xray number
• patient name
• exam date
