User defined paycodes allow you to group insurances into logical billing categories.
The program allows you to:
- print all unbilled charges
- perform rebills
- bill a single patient or all
The system checks claims to insure that all criteria have been met. If data is missing, the claim will be suspended from printing until the data is entered.
After all forms have been printed, you can easily print the Suspend Report to get those forms that are missing data. Once the missing data is researched and updated in the system, you can process those claims.
