Product Description:  Financial Analysis

The Financial Analysis system is designed to produce Financial Statements including Departmental (terminal) Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Budget Analysis reports. The system lets users define report formats and print reports using General Ledger balances.

System Features:

• User defined reporting formats (allows user to save formats for future use)

• Allows for multiple departments (terminals) with individual and/or consolidated reports

• System figures variances and percentages-- This allows for COMPARISONS of:
                  -BUDGET vs. ACTUAL figures
                  -CURRENT YEAR vs. PRIOR YEAR totals
                      (for income analysis)

• Allows user to link General Ledger accounts to Financial Statements
