Freight Settlements allows users to enter, maintain and report on settlement information. Pay amounts may be automatically generated from freight bills with information set up for each driver. This module allows for advances and reimbursements. Settlements may be paid automatically or held for release.

System Features:

• Enter, maintain and print freight settlements for drivers

• Settlement Record automatically generated from freight bill

• Driver pay by % of freight charges, # of empty/laden miles or a flat amount (also allows for deductions)

• Summarized Settlement by Driver

• Multiple drivers allowed per check (for owner/operators)

• Entry of advances with automatic charge-back to driver and simultaneous voucher entry into Accounts Payable

• On-line inquiry of outstanding settlements or advances with net amount due

• Automatic updates to General Ledger & Freight Payables for owner/operators or Payroll for employee drivers
