The Warehousing module offers computerized tracking of shipment information. It allows for movement of individual line items from a shipment once it is received. Complete activity listings are accessible by customer range.

System Features:

• Shipment information entry, print, maintenance and inquiry

• Ability to specify: customer, account of party, carrier, storage temperature, if floor loaded, location and item descriptions

• Daily entry log (processes shipment entries into warehouse records)

• Transaction entry and log capability allows for movement of items out of warehouse

• Warehouse sales register prints billing report

• Record inquiry by customer

• Bill of lading entry and print options

• User defined codes for items stored

• Lists line of products, packages and/or accessory charge codes by customer range

• Lists inventory by customer and date ranges, in summary or detail, for one or all location(s)

• Automatic updates to Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
