After selecting a starting month and year, the system compiles a report showing mammogram and ultrasound assessment code totals. Counts are calculated within the following categories:

• benign finding- negative
• highly suggestive of malignancy- appropriate action needed
• negative
• probable benign finding- short interval follow-up recommended
• suspicious abnormality- biopsy should be considered
