In our typical scenario, encounter forms/ routeslips/ charge slips are also run two days prior to appointments. This allows time to pull the majority of the charts.
Then, the morning of the appointments (or the evening before), encounter forms are run for the appointments that were added in the past two days.
The Batched Encounter Forms Selector Screen is seen at right. As you can see, you can easily include/exclude forms previously printed.
Encounter forms are customized to conform to your preprinted forms or they can be printed on plain paper.
