The Case Management System is custom designed to track patient case histories
based on your clinic=s needs and
specifications.

Offers the ability to access current billing information and feed this
data into the Case Management System thereby eliminating extra inputs by
technicians/nurses

Allows you to create your own codes for specific conditions, body parts,
restrictions and discharge reasons for use in outcome studies and other
management reports (eliminates long descriptions and provides standardization
of codes)

Automatically generates Initial Visit Summaries and other status reports
(i.e.
summaries for follow-up visits, returning to work, discharges)
The date of next review will automatically be updated into the case
manager=s tickler for reminder.
Print option generates hard copies that can be immediately faxed to
employers

Ability to view at a glance, historical office visits for a patient based
on date of service-- enables technicians/nurses to quickly inquire into
a specific visit and find out pertinent information (i.e. diagnostic testing,
restrictions, etc.)

Maintains a history log of different activities that have been performed
on a specific condition for a patient (The log helps technicians/nurses
know which procedures still need to be performed.)

Allows operator to maintain patient medical history records with
information on family health history, allergies, etc.
