Upon selection of the Mammogram History/Entry option, the operator has the ability
to see a directory of all the past mammograms for a selected patient. The operator may:
- create a new entry
- select a prior mammogram to inquire or modify
- print a hardcopy of the listings
The directory displays the following information on past mammograms:
- exam date
- bilateral or unilateral
- right or left
- radiologist
- assessment
- additional action recommended (links with Unresolved Problem Case List)
Once an entry is selected, or a new entry created, more detailed information
about the mammogram can be displayed or entered, including:
- date of follow-up
- detailed radiologist data
- recommendations and comments
- impressions
- statistical results
Individual patient letters can also be generated on demand from this screen by
simply specifying the code for a preformatted letter. Specific radiologist and mammography
exam information are then merged directly into the letter.
