Any time prior to their first visit, many clinics like to send a welcome letter to new patients.
Letters may be run individually as each new patient is entered into the system or as a batch whenever it is convenient.
The text of the letters is created by the user with a code specifying the name of the letter (so as not to be confused with other form letters created).
Various fields throughout the letters can allow for the insertion of appropriate patient information.
